Heritage 2nd Annual Philly Bluegrass Festival - Philadelphia, PA

Presented by Heritage and Philly Bluegrass. Sponsored by Founders Brewing Co.. Other performers include Michael Daves, Serene Green, The River Bones Band, Marc Silver and Bobby Baxmeyer from The Stonethrowers, The Jersey Corn Pickers, and Ian & Liana. H&W’s perform at 4pm.

Admission is free, with a suggested donation of $15 per person. 100% of proceeds will go to the musicians and Philly Bluegrass, a not-for-profit project of CultureTrust Greater Philadelphia. Donations can be made online (https://phillybluegrass.wedid.it/) or at the door.

Note: admission is on a first-come, first-served basis, so arrive early to ensure entrance.

ESLC Landjam - Betterton, MD

The Eastern Shore Land Conservancy hosts their 2nd Landjam — a fun and festive family-friendly event held on the permanently preserved, waterfront Leigh Family Farm in Kent County! Performances by the High and Wides and Black Dog Alley. Celebration offers local Eastern Shore food, drink, and wares, available for purchase from a variety of vendors marketing the bounties of their craft. Many activities for land-lovers, such as guided birding walks, tours of the farm, games, and more will be offered to enhance appreciation of conservation, restoration, and ecology.

Guinness and Diamondback Brewing Release Celebration - Halethorpe, MD

Our friends at Diamondback Brewing Company and the Guinness Open Gate Brewery have collaborated on something delicious: a Czeck-style dark lager made using Guinness roast barley.
